Rare to find Silvered WW2 Liverpool Kings cap badge attributed to the 7th Kings who formed the 40 Royal tank Regiment. Fighting with 8th army. It was common for regiments associated with 8th army to Silver there badges. I have also seen RA and RE with silvered badges with similar associations to the 8th army.
