A victory medal and enamel lapel badge for the Cheshire Volunteer regiment VTC.  Acting Sjt Arthur Howell Prout, served in France and was entitled to a trio,  originally with the Welsh regiment and born in south wales. Arthur was transferred to the Cheshire Regiment training battalions mid war due to a disability. Loads of copy paper work, only a small portion in photos there is three or four times the amount.  Scarce badge and nice to have original recipients detail.
