An excellent WW1 Trio to Samuel Litherland of the South Lancashire Regiment, Upon researching this group, there was found information realating to his brother Thomas Litherland who was killed in action on the 12th April 1917, there is a photo of Thomas plus newspaper clippings regarding his death, plus a photo of Samuel who had been wounded. Included in his group is masses of research, including MIC and rolls, census records, Samuels military records plus information mentioned already and more. Also included is a Royal British Legion Wallet and a Conservative club medal that came with the trio. A very interesting grouping.
