1914 star trio to 19678 Sidney Carter 1st battalion Kings Liverpool regiment. Entitled to the 1914 clasp. This battalion stopped the Prussian Guard at the very beginning of WW1. Later served in the Kings own royal Lancaster regiment. The war medal is an unnamed later issued medal as the original is missing, probably weighed in for scrap decades ago, but still makes it look like a good complete group.
