Early handmade NDSAP armband, three piece construction, with Deutshe mode buttons, it’s quite a small example and I suspect it was made for a child, there is plenty of early third Reich photos of early HJ wearing this style of armband so may be HJ more than NDSAP. Been blue lighted and shows no red flags.
